The Project will use your answers to demonstrate why an improved catheter design is needed.  Please be as accurate and comprehensive as you can.  Every quarter the results will be summarised and included in our monthly newsletters.

 8.  The Project would like to discover the extent of any complications that catheter users experience. We would also like to know how much they have affected your life.  Please indicate which complications you have experiened and how much they bother you.

Er... you say press submit, but there isn't a submit button, only Save your Answers - which I've done, but how do I know if it's been sent to you?  And how do I send this new comment?  And how does anyone vote on the poll on the right of this page - I see one person has voted, but no one else can!
